Exceptional Customer service.
Answered on the first ring when I called. Took down all my information, and had a crew out within an hour of hanging up. Located our tank and discussed all the options and provided a very reasonable quote for services. The professionalism and honesty is by far the best I've seen and experienced in a long time. Definitely give these guys a call and help out a small family business. Definitely earned a customer out of me going forward.

Benny came out the same day and was able to take care of our issues. He was very professional and throughout the process made sure I knew exactly what the issue was and what needed to be done. He even made recommendations on what we needed to use to help our tank in the future. Great service at a reasonable price.

These are the best septic company around. I had an emergency at 9:30 at night and they came out and pumped my septic. So thankful to have chose them! Live in cross roads and they came on out!

I called Boyce Septic Service around 3pm and they were already at my property providing service by 5pm — same day!

Amazing! They came out with not even a days notice (we didn’t think we were having problems) but they discovered our tank was FULL FULL, they emptied it out same exact day without any hesitation. Super friendly guys! Kenneth (I can’t remember the other guys name) both super friendly and talked to us the entire time! Reasonable pricing as well! Will be recommending to everyone!

My septic was backing up so I called around and only Boyce Septic Service in Athens Cleaned your tanks and vacuumed the lines. My tanks and lines have never been this clean. Unbelievable what came out of the field lines. Fabulous people and did an amazing job. Would recommend them 100%. I will not use anyone else again 👍👍👍
